Payment

You can choose for the following payment methods:

Yes, you will receive the invoice through email.

Returns

❮ 1. How can I return an article?

❮ 2. Can I follow my returned package?

Yes, you can follow your package with the track&trace code that you will receive from the return form.

❮ 3. Whats the due date to returning a product?

The product has to be returned via mail to the allflystudios return mailing address within 7 days.

❮ 4. Are there articles that I can't return?

Yes. There are three types of products we don't accept back:

  • If the product doesn't have the pricetag attached anymore.

  • If the merchandise have signs of having been worn or damaged.

  • If it's a sale item.

Shipping

❮ 1. With which courier will my packet be shipped?

We work with the following couriers:

  • Canada Post

  • Purolator

❮ 2. When will my package be delivered?

Roughly 3-20 Business days depending on your shipping method

❮ 3. What are the shipping costs in my country?

If you do not reside in Canada, shipping has a flat rate of $35 CAD 

❮ 4. Will I have to pay shipping costs twice when I order two items on the same day separately?

Yes. Every order is processed as a separate order, every individual package has its own shipping costs.

❮ 5. What happens to my package if I'm not home when being delivered?

The couriers will try again the next day.
