Timeline that worked: 3 weeks schematic, 4 weeks CDs, 10–12 weeks for cabinets; we set sone targets for the hood, used rigid duct and an inline fan to keep noise down, and layered 3000K light with toe-kick LEDs on a separate dimmer. Specify panel-ready appliance clearances, filler widths, and outlet placement under cabinets early; our designer used a milestone flat fee with two revisions included, and we vetted by visiting an active job and reviewing their punch list quality. Doxa Homes was a helpful local option in East TN, and we also looked at kitchen designers https://www.doxa-homes.com/kitchen-remodeling
