The perception of art is cultivated by the accumulation of time  expressed through one's cultural or societal background. As culture and tradition differ in various nations, thus the perception of art varies as well. Art based on culture displays richness and a sense of diversity, it shows uniqueness in character and artistry. With these ideas in mind I combine my experience in culture and love for art to create a chef d'oeuvre (masterpiece).

    Heritage is one of my current works that focuses on grasping West African Culture mixed with Western Anglo-American Culture. Although, while mixing the two I intend to keep the significance of the West African's rich culture. A few images display cultural struggle and reform, while others display the beauty of art passed on for generations. The graininess  in the images interpret the age of culture and its significance.
